Nardel was a warrior from the Dragon's Eye (Series). Her real name is Helen Richardson. She was a member of the Bears team and ended up finishing in 10th place.

Strengths[]
Nardel was a good all-round warrior. She took direction from her team well and was good during wisdom challenges (notably Letter Path).
Nardel struggled with accuracy challenges, having not only failed to hit a single target at Catapult Drop and Archers' Aim but also losing out on leading the Bears during the accuracy-based Shot Hurl leadership challenge. Nardel also struggled a lot with climbing - something which caused the team trouble at The Climb.
Leadership Trials[]
Prior to the leadership challenges, Nardel said she believed she could bring problem-solving skills and perseverance to the team, as she hates to give up on anything if she thinks she can't do it.
In the first leadership challenge, Barrel Roll, Nardel manoeuvred the red barrel. Though she was the second quickest to the end of the course, Nardel was the first to break through the barrier with her barrel, therefore came first in the challenge, progressing to the second leadership trial along with Larim.
In Shot Hurl, the second leadership challenge, Nardel was unable to strike any of the targets, despite some near misses. As Larim hit all three targets, he became the leader of the Bears. After the challenge, Nardel admitted she had been worried during the trial and doubted she would be able to win.

Day 2: Magnetic Maze[]
Before the challenge, Nardel expressed that despite coming close to becoming leader, she was not too disappointed and was happy to follow Larim as they have equally good leadership skills and believed him to be a worthy leader. During this challenge, Larim guided the other warriors through the maze. Larim started to guide Miran first but after she lost hold of her magnet, he began to guide Nardel. After briefly losing hold of her magnet, she eventually got to the centre and was the first warrior to obtain a stone. She then started to pull a second stone through the maze, however, ran out of time. The Bears ended up getting 3 out of 4 stones in this challenge.
Day 3: White Water[]
Before the challenge, Nardel said she believed that in some aspects, she was the strongest warrior in the bears team, but others were stronger than her in some areas.
During the team tactic talk, Larim decided that Nardel should go at the back of the raft as she is a strong rower.
Nardel managed to grab the first stone after Miran couldn't quite reach. At the end of the challenge, Nardel was the last of the bears to climb the cliff. The Bears gained three stones in this challenge.
